Lorely Rodriguez, who is better known as Empress Of, is back! Well, actually she did tease something back in April (remember Trust Me Baby and In Dreams?), but since then there has been nary a noise. That changes today with the announcement of her sophomore album Us (10/19) and a companion single to tag along with it. Titled When I'm With Him, the gorgeously tuned melody rides on a melancholic undertone, with Rodriguez singing "I feel like I'm on the outside looking in/ When I'm with him/ I don't know how to love but I pretend/ When I'm with him...
