Music Review: Shailaja Reddy Alludu (Telugu)
Composer(s): Gopi Sundar

Just when I thought Gopi Sundar was making the right noises, here arrives a dampener in the form of Shailaja Reddy Alludu. Passably engaging and a mishmash of his own tunes from Malayalam (Vijay Yesudas-sung Pelli Pandhiri in particular is very evocative of Ummarathe, besides lifting the hook straight from Viswanathan-Ramamoorthy's iconic melody Sendhamizh Thenmozhiyaal), the latest entry in Gopi Sundar's discography is both disappointing and thoroughly underwhelming.
