  1. I have been a silent follower of your blog for a while along with Milliblog and your music (and movie) reviews are quite interesting to read. And while I do disagree with a few soundtracks (like Mahanubhavudu & Parava), your consice opinions are worthy to look at! 🙂

  2. I’m surprised that you didn’t like Aruvi’s soundtrack as much as I thought you would. I would like to see your review on it, please.

    1. Appreciate your thoughts! I did listen to it, and I did like the unconventional sound of it, but found it to be a little weak on the singing side. But then again, I will post a review in a couple of days.

  4. Yikes! It’s been a terrible year for Yuvan (1 “A” & 5 “M”s), DSP (1 “A” & 6 “M”s), & Thaman (1 A & 7 “M”s). Also, it has been a strangely middling year for Imman (6 “A”s) & Sachin-Jigar (4 “A”s & 1 “M”). Just something I wanted to point out.

    1. Yep, I agree! As I am combing through the soundtracks of 2017, I find that it's been a relatively middling year for Indian music. Though I must admit Prashant Pillai et al (Solo, which I didn't review on this blog), Ghibran (Theeran../Aramm), A. R. Rahman (Mom), Amit Trivedi (Rukh), Shravan, Radhan (Arjun Reddy), Bijibal, Gopi Sunder, Arjun Janya, Rahul Raj (Ezra/E) and Pritam (Jagga Jasoos) did compose great tunes.
