Listen: Gopi Sundar's "Kalari Adavum" (Malayalam)

Gopi Sundar's latest outing Kayamkulam Kochunni is a modest three-track affair. You have the traditional folk song Krishnamizhikal, the impressive folk-rock fusion Thjanajana Naadam sung by Sundar himself, and then there is Kalari Adavum, an instantly likeable melody that traverses familiar territory, and yet sounds so beautiful in Vijay Yesudas and Shreya Ghoshal's splendid vocals.
