Sam Shepherd, who goes by the name Floating Points, put out the excellent Elaenia late 2015 and followed it up with Kuiper EP last year. He is now back with a brand new sonic experiment titled Reflections - Mojave Desert that's expected to release come June 30. But if you think that's too long a wait, here's a peek in the form of Silurian Blue, an entrancing piece of electronic-rock music from the neuroscientist PhD-turned-musician. Listen below -
