Aalaliloo rides on a soft-but-brooding lullaby'ish tune that gains immensely from Swagatha S. Krishnan's vocals. Sathyaprakash, Neha Venugopal and JKA Shalini lend rock solid support to Konjali, an enticing folky blend of thavil, guitars, kanjira, flute and nadaswaram, even as K. S. Chithra lifts Karuve with an emotionally charged rendition that's literally pitch-perfect. Sam C.
