Music Review: Gemini Ganeshanum Suruli Raajanum (Tamil)
Composer(s): D. Imman

D. Imman, much like Vidyasagar, is one of the few composers who gets the Ilaiyaraaja aesthetic right, and Aahaa Aahaa serves as ample proof. It's also perhaps a little predictable as the rest of the soundtrack but for Ammukuttiye, a trademark semi-classical melody beautifully improvised and well-sung by Pradeep Kumar, with a lovely mix of guitars, mandolins and violins thrown in for good measure. Imman adheres to his tried and tested tunes for Gemini Ganeshanum Suruli Raajanum.
