Listen: Anirudh Ravichander's "Nazar Sarsari" (Hindi)

Anirudh Ravichander's Petta didn't register much of an impression in me barring Ilamai Thirumbudhe, but imagine my surprise when I listened to its Hindi version and found it to be infinitely better, with Darshan Raval's soulful vocals going beautifully hand in hand with the simple guitar-flecked melody. May be it's the Anirudh overdose that's working against it in Tamil? Anyway you can give the song a listen below (or via YouTube) in both languages and judge it for yourselves -
