The composer trio of Ganesh Govindaswamy, Kartik Raman and Pradeep Pady show immense promise in their likeable Kannada debut Trunk, with Kartik himself doubling up as the lead singer for the gorgeous melody Romanchana and Anisutihudu Yeetako, a sombre strings-heavy tune that's reminiscent of Anirudh Ravichander's compositions in 3. Vidya Panicker, for her part, makes best use of the opportunity given to her, enthralling the listener with a flawless rendition of Yaakeethara Eno Hosatana.
