Tumse Bhi Zyada, with its Latinate flourishes, is tailor-made for Arijit Singh, who leads the soulful qawwali'esque melody in his inimitable style. Shilpa Rao, Darshan Raval and Shashwat Singh lead the instantly catchy electro-pop banger Tere Siva Jag Mein, with Pritam dressing the track with glitchy vocal loops and a pulsating foot-stomping rhythm. Darshan Raval also sings a Cafe Edit version of the song, which finds its groovy soundscape swapped for a more stripped-down, downtempo atmosphere. Tu Mera Hogaya Hai, sung by Javed Ali and Jubin Nautiyal in two different versions, harks back to Lambiyaan Si Judaiyaan (composed by JAM8, a musical project led by Pritam), but is nonetheless an ear-pleasing melody and a power ballad suffused with breezy strings and traditional percussion. Hoye Ishq Na (and Ae Dilla Marjaaniyaan) is by turns brooding and reflective, with a nuanced rendition from B. Praak set against an enchanting blend of folk and throbbing synths. Pritam's latest outing, Tadap, is a nostalgia goldmine of 90's sounds.
