Listen: FKA twigs' "home with you"

Come November 8, FKA twigs will release MAGDALENE, her much awaited sophomore full length follow-up to the masterful LP1 and the excellent M3LL155X EP. "The record is about every lover that I've ever had, and every lover that I'm going to have," Twigs said in an interview with i-D last month. "It's really fragile. I made it at a time when I was in recovery — physically and emotionally — and I think that comes through." The new song, home with you, comes after cellophane and holy terrain, but works just as extremely well as a boundary pushing piece of avant-garde art pop, complete with glitching vocal samples, dense synth layers, and off-time-on-purpose percussion.
