Listen: The National's "Light Years"

Exactly a month ago, The National announced their return after Sleep Well Beast with a new song You Had Your Soul With You, and today the indie four piece fronted by Matt Berninger have given us another promising taste of their upcoming album scheduled for release next month. Titled Light Years, the contemplative, poignant piece is rendered with excellent restraint and stirring sentiment by Berninger against an amalgam of pianos and gentle strings. Hear it below -
