Google has finally given Gmail the long-awaited Material Design makeover.
Details about the impending refresh leaked earlier this month, but
it is being rolled out globally starting today, with support for email snoozing, nudging and confidential mode, alongside built-in integration for Tasks, Calendar and Keep right into the app. In addition, Google has also released a standalone-but-barebones Tasks app for
Android and
iOS, embracing what's widely touted to be the second iteration of Material Design (Did you notice that the hamburger icon and options are now in the bottom?). Check it out below -
