Music Review: Dishoom (Hindi)
Composer(s): Kiran Kamath, Pritam Chakraborty

Sau Tarah Ke and Ishqa's techno-Arabic fusion, and Toh Dishoom's folk-rap blend are anything but interesting, while in Jaaneman Aah, Pritam continues to draw inspiration from Afghan Jalebi and Saree Ke Fall Sa/Dhating Naach, although with diminishing returns. Strangely the soundtrack's highlight is DJ Kiran Kamath's four-year-old zingy remix of Desi Boyz's Subha Hone Na De, which, while not a great song in itself, manages to stand out amidst this otherwise oasis of mediocre tunes. Bland and forgettable, that about sums up Dishoom's music in all.
