We are less than a month away from Laura Veirs' upcoming album My Echo (10/23), and today she follows on from previous singles Burn Too Bright and Turquoise Walls with a new song called Another Space and Time. Unfurling gently over tasteful strings and an enticing sax backdrop, the dreamlike melody finds the singer imagining a whole new world without global warming or the internet. "In another space and time/ California's not burning/ And the seas don't rise," Veirs sings. "I'll meet you there and I/ Will remember the day/ That the internet died/ We found peace of mind."
