Listen: Cigarettes After Sex's "Heavenly"

Greg Gonzalez — the main operator behind the ambient project Cigarettes After Sex — is a lot like Rhye's Mike Milosh. Both are neck-deep into their patented dreamy aesthetic, and they don't seem to be getting out of that zone anytime soon. Even so, you cannot deny it's a job they do so darn well. Gonzalez's new song Heavenly is no exception — a slow, hazy melody characterised by a signature noirish edge that's well complemented by his tender androgynous voice and Jacob Tomsky's gentle beats.
