Music Review: Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana (Hindi)
Composer(s): Anand Raj Anand, Arko Pravo Mukherjee, JAM8, Rashid Khan, Zain-Saim-Raees

Arko's Jogi opens Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana on a melodious note, but inserting three versions of the same song is a bit much even if the singers Yasser Desai, Shafqat Amanat Ali and Aakanksha Sharma bring their own unique flavour to the song. Tu Banja Gali Benaras Ki too comes in three alternate variants, but to give it due credit, Rashid Khan's sufi-styled arrangements are an easy like. JAM8's Main Hoon Saath Tere is a Zaalima rework, passably engaging at best, while Pallo Latke is the Kala Chashma-type of electronic-Punjabi-folk fusion, annoyingly catchy but eminently forgettable. Mera Intkam Dekhegi, set to tune by Anand Raaj Anand, sounds out of place, the high-pitched outburst doing little to infuse the song with a sense of angst and pathos. Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana is both good and bad, ultimately never diverging from the middle of the road.
