Music Review: Sarileru Neekevvaru (Telugu)

At this point, it's futile to expect anything other than the usual from Devi Sri Prasd, who has by now mastered the art of turning what was once unique and novel and make it formulaic and dare I say, boring. Sarileru Neekevvaru shows brief flashes of better music he's made prior — notably the pleasant folky melody Suryudivo Chandrudivo sung by B Praak — but for the most part, it all feels perfunctorily cooked up and leaves a lot to be desired, as though he's fighting against his own indifference. Thoroughly uninteresting this Sarileru Neekevvaru!
