Music Review: Swamy Ra Ra (Telugu)
Composer(s): Sunny M. R.
Film: Swamy Ra Ra
Arijit Singh sounds so different, yet brilliant, in the interestingly composed Krishnudi Varasulantha while he manages to pull off a superb act in the sweeping retro'ish Adi Enti Okkasari. The third track featuring Singh is mildly evocative of Karma is a Bitch (Sachin-Jigar, Shor in the City), and more so in its Reload version, but still manages to hold on its own. Shefali Alvares is the star of the fantastically assembled blues-based melody Life Ante while Nikhil and Swati join hands with the composer in Yo Yo Yo Memu Antha for a peppy enjoyable number. Sunny makes a commendable debut with Swamy Ra Ra; definitely worth a listen!
