Indiana-based indie trio Hoops announced an indefinite hiatus in 2018, only to assemble back late last year with the funky, disco-leaning They Say. Now, they're officially coming together for a complete new album, Halo, that's releasing in October, along with previewing their sophomore effort with a hazy, guitar-led slice of jangle pop called Fall Back.
