Music Review: Happy Ending (Hindi)
Composer(s): Sachin-Jigar

The breezy melody Mileya Mileya has Rekha Bhardwaj in a never-before heard avatar and the accompanying saxophone bits in the background breathes new life to the tune. Paaji is wacky and fun, giving off a happy sing-along'ish feel to it, while Arijit Singh and Priya Saraiya's winsome vocals work in Jaise Mera Tu's favour. The Punjabi-hip hop number G Phaad Ke is a techno overdose, but is helped to a great extent by Divya Kumar and Shefali Alvares's infectious singing. Papon undoubtedly rules the spectacularly arranged Khamma Ghani with Smita Jain and Vidhi Mehta providing the backing vocals for the melody. Ending the album on a lighter note is Haseena Tu Kameena Mein (Siddharth Basrur, Rahul Pandey, Shruti Pathak), the percussion-driven orchestration making up for an otherwise passable song. Happy Ending mostly stays true to its title, a happy listen while it lasts!
