Listen: Nils Frahm's "Right Right Right"

Prolific Berlin-based contemporary composer Nils Frahm is all set for a return with an expansive new album called Music For Animals (9/23). Featuring 10 tracks that cumulatively stretch over a whopping three hours, it's been desribed as unhurried, meditative, and a "celebration of tone, timbre and texture." The first taste of the album arrives in the form of a seven-and-a-half minute track titled Right Right Right that quietly throbs with an ambient sheen, its steady pulse shrouded in a gorgeous calm.
