Listen: Hannah Diamond's "Part of Me" ft. Danny L Harle

British bubblegum pop purveyor Hannah Diamond has been steadily churning out singles and mixes — Attachment, Fade Away and Make Believe being my favourites — for the better part of the last six years, but it looks like her long-gestating album debut is finally on the horizon. Releasing her first material since last year's True, the new song Part of Me finds the singer, songwriter and photographer uniting with fellow Londoner Danny L Harle — a collaboration I predicted long back in 2016 — for a twinkling slice of effervescent pop, accompanied by rhythmic electronics that have the tone and timbre of machinery, clunking and rattling with metallic intensity, all Harle and record label PC Music's signature hallmarks (Super Natural anyone?).
