Music Review: Dolly Ki Doli (Hindi)

Phatte Tak Nachna, Fashion Khatam Mujhpe and Babaji Ka Thullu are bland, stock folksy dance tunes nothing more. Even Mere Naina, sung by Rahet Fateh Ali Khan, is just passable (the harmonium interlude is a nice touch though!). That leaves us with the title song. Employing a hook that's addictive and a singing that's infectious in Divya Kumar's vocals, it assembles an interesting assortment of sounds and makes for an exuberant listen. Sajid-Wajid offer nothing new with Dolly Ki Doli, except for Dolly Ki Doli (the song).
