Music Review: Usthad Hotel

With a sprightly rendition by Anna Katharina Valayil and some phenomenal violin bits, Appangalembadum is a stunning listen. Anna teams up alongside Naresh Iyer in Mel Mel, which works big time thanks to its wonderful orchestration. Where the OST seems to lose steam is with the templatized mappila pattu Vaathilil Aa Vaathilil and Haricharan's soulful singing doesn't help either. Gopi Sundar delivers the goods in yet another 3-track soundtrack, albeit in moderation!
