Anup Rubens' penchant for spinning catchy melodies is well-known for anyone who is acquainted with his Telugu outings. Who can forget Chinnadana Neekosam from Ishq? And the man brings his USP to the splendorous folky melody Raja Naanu, Nanna Rani Neenu, buoyed by Armaan Malik's breezy rendition. Bhoomiye Mantapa — and its variant Yaara Shaapa Idu — are beautifully tuned, as is Mangalyam Thanthunanena, with rhythmic drums and a superb chorus providing the backbone for Vijay Prakash's lively vocals. Sanjith Hedge coasts through sans any hitch in O Jaanu O Jaanu, and Rubens, for his part, concocts a lovely soundscape bedecked by soothing strings and a gentle percussion. Seetharama Kalyana: In his Kannada debut (the previous two were remakes of his own Telugu films), Anup Rubens delivers an ear-pleasing mix of melodies.
