Music Review: Remo (Tamil)
Composer(s): Anirudh Ravichander

Remo Nee Kadhalan rides on a catchy frenetic chorus that tells how the hero is both a 'he' and a 'she', but the song in itself gets boring after a point. Meesa Beauty too takes the film's gender switch theme for what's a passable pop number, while the quirky electronic kuthu Daavuya, sung by composer Santhosh Narayanan, sounds more Santhosh than Anirudh. Tamilselvi features an addictive techno-laden soundbed, the cringeworthy lyrics aside, even as Anirudh wins over with the bouncy Senjitaley and the ear-pleasing melody Sirikkadhey (which appears in two versions). Senjitaley and Sirikkadhey ultimately rescue this Remo.
