Heavy Rotation: Chromatics, Jay Som, Tender & More

London duo James Cullen and Dan Cobb are Tender, makers of melodic electropop music, and their new song Nadir from their forthcoming album Modern Addiction is a hazy lingering tune propelled by a rhythmic undercurrent of electronic beats and synths. Listen to it below, alongside my new favourites from Chromatics (Shadow), Jay Som (One More Time, Please), Lady Antebellum (Heart Break, Somebody Else's Heart), Phoenix (Ti Amo), Pond (Paint Me Silver), The National (The System Only Dreams in Total Darkness) and Yaeji (Passionfruit). And oh, Lady Antebellum have come light years away from the country-pop band they used to be, haven't they?
