Listen: Hoops' "Rules"

I loved Hoops' self-titled EP which they released last year. The songs Cool 2, Going Strong and Gemini had such a woozy, lo-fi aesthetic about them, it was borderline arresting. So it's not surprising to see its presence felt in Rules, a new upbeat guitar jam the four-piece outfit released today from their upcoming debut album Routines. Listen below -
